These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website, they contain some important information so please read them carefully


General Terms & Conditions

This site is owned by The Potted Game Company Ltd. Our office is at The Barn, Shab Hill, Birdlip, Gloucestershire, GL4 8JX. Our company is registered to 4 Cowdown Business Park, Micheldever, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3DN. Our company number is 7245586.

The Contract between us

We must always receive payment for the whole price of the goods that you order before that order can be accepted. The minimum amount of pots per order is 10. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us when we send you an email that the goods have been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and The Potted Game Company Ltd.


Accuracy of Content

We have taken care to ensure that all the prices and information on our website are accurate and that all goods have been fairly described.


Privacy statement

The Potted Game Company Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our website and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. We are compliant with the Data Protection Act and comply with the Act in all our dealings with the personal data you provide us with. If you purchase from our site you will be asked to provide certain personal information. In processing your order we will only use this personal information to respond to your enquiries/orders, process deliveries and payments, and to communicate with you regarding orders, products and promotional offers. We provide information about you to the courier company, bank/credit card company, or other involved third party to ensure the successful completion of your order. They only have access to the information needed to effectively perform their function for you, and may not use it for any other purpose.


We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

We will not release your personal information to any third party.



All our products are handmade to order so please allow 5 working days for delivery.

All our products are despatched in Poly boxes with an ice pack to ensure freshness

To ensure product quality and to maintain freshness all orders are despatched for next day delivery, it is for this reason that we do not deliver on a Monday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost.


Please note there are additional charges for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify, it is important that the address is accurate as we cannot accept liability for delivery to an incorrect address or postcode supplied by you. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to your order once delivered in accordance to your delivery instructions.


Once the goods have been delivered to you we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

We aim to deliver your order by the date quoted for delivery however these delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to anything beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.


Your order can be delivered to your place of work if that is more convenient.


Claims for damage must be made to us in writing to The Barn, Shab Hill, Birdlip, Gloucestershire, GL4 8JX or by email to within 48 hours of receipt, quoting the information on the delivery label.


Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations perishable items are excluded from the right to cancel. You must ensure that you want the product you order as we regret we are unable to offer a refund because you change your mind. The Potted Game Company Ltd does not have a returns policy as we are selling perishable goods. If you believe our products are in an unsatisfactory condition on arrival please contact us immediately via the website or on 01452864110 - We will refund or replace any of our products which arrive in an unsatisfactory condition or get lost in transit, this is subject to our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.



The Potted Game Company uses Paypal to process your payment. Paypal accepts the following payment types


We will charge your account upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you gave us incorrect payment details. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to you and/or terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority from your card issuer for payment. If a payment has been rejected by your bank, you will not be able to amend, cancel or add to your orders via our website. You must contact us to arrange payment and wait for that payment to go through before you can make changes to your order through the website again. You can, however, change orders by calling or emailing us (contact details are on the website), during our office opening hours and subject to our order deadlines.

If you pay by cheque we cannot guarantee when this will be paid in by us and when the amount will be taken from your account.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

  • We do not deliver to your area

  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re credit your account with any sum deducted by us as soon as possibly but in any event within 30 days of your order.
